Daniel’s journey with our company began at the age of 19, and over the past decade, he has become our longest-serving team member. His growth into a diligent, organized, and focused professional reflects his commitment to excellence. With a wealth of industry knowledge, Daniel exhibits outstanding leadership skills, fostering strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
Since taking on the role of North Island Manager in 2020, Daniel has played a pivotal role in the success of SCAR. His primary focus on ensuring client objectives are met safely has been instrumental in building our client base. Daniel’s dedication to the health and well-being of our employees is commendable, earning him respect from both assessors and staff.
Daniel embodies our core values, bringing a positive disposition, loyalty, honesty, and diplomacy to his role. His systematic approach to processes, meticulous record-keeping, and commitment to maintaining neat and tidy sites contribute to SCAR’s reputation for excellence in the industry.
Despite being headhunted by numerous companies, Daniel’s unwavering loyalty and dedication to SCAR are evident. His refusal to compromise on honesty and loyalty speaks volumes about his character. In his tenure, Daniel has overseen a multitude of projects across the country, demonstrating his versatility and expertise.
From the decontamination of 12 levels at 220 Queen St to the removal of cement render in Napier, Daniel’s leadership ensures projects are completed to the highest standard. His adherence to ACOP and meticulous work ethic has solidified SCAR’s reputation for excellence. Notably, Daniel’s hands-on, can-do attitude sets a standard for his team, resulting in on-time and on-budget project deliveries and, most importantly, satisfied clients.
